QUOTES:

This page is always being added to. If you have any quote suggestions,  tell me! I would love to add them.
Well, let us (and tomatoes) begin!

"Politics is the art of looking for trouble, finding it everywhere, diagnosing it incorrectly and applying the wrong remedies." --Groucho Marx

"God never withholds from His child that which His love and wisdom call good. God's refusals are always merciful-- "severe mercies" at times but mercies all the same. God never denies us our hearts desire except to give us something better." -- Elisabeth Elliot

"Do not abandon yourselves to despair. We are the Easter people and hallelujah is our song." -- Pope John Paul II

"The future starts today, not tomorrow." -- Pope John Paul II

"Young people are threatened... by the evil use of advertising techniques that stimulate the natural inclination to avoid hard work by promising the immediate satisfaction of every desire."

--Pope John Paul II

"I do believe, that there being so many things for one to

do in a day, there simply is no time to enjoy. Ahh, but

you see, if only you could make time and have an excuse

to do so. And what better excuse than a cup of tea?"

--Allie Taylor

Without Books, We'd Be Thoughtless. Without Words,

We'd Be Speechless. And Without Pages In Our Life,

We'd Have No Where To Turn.

--Allie Taylor

You have been assigned this mountain to prove that it can be moved.
--Unknown

Philosophy is written in this grand book-I mean the
universe-which stands continually open to our gaze, but it cannot be understood unless one first learns to comprehend the language and interpret the characters in which it is written. It is written in the language of mathematics, and its characters and other geometrical figures,  without which it is humanly impossible to understand a single word of it; without these, one is wandering about in a dark labyrinth.

--Galileo Galilei, Il Saggiatore

Really? So it's like a bunk bed couch? Is that what it's like?  That's weird. If you're sitting in the top middle, how are you gonna get down without climbing over someone? If you're sitting on the bottom, and you're watching TV, are you going to have to watch through a bunch of dangling legs? Who's gonna want to sit on the bottom? It is literally the most useless idea I have ever heard.
-- Lord Business, The Lego Movie

  3. "There is a light that glimmers along the darkened edge of an infinite horizon. In that light the heart finds what the heart seeks... In that light are promises kept, dreams realized, time redeemed."
